A grounded and expressive dance journey blending African movement traditions with contemporary styles. Inspired by nature—earth, water, and animal energy—this class builds strength, agility, and fluidity while opening space for release, freedom, and healing through movement. The dance sessions integrate rhythm, breath, and intuitive movement, allowing the body to become a site of communication, restoration, and transformation.
